Payment
Payment by either cash or check is accepted. Please make checks payable to Ruff Ruff Ruff meow. All payments must be paid in full at the time of the Meet & Greet Consultation for new clients. For existing clients, payment is to be paid in full on or before the date of service. Ruff Ruff Ruff meow will add $35.00 plus bank fees for any returned check.
Meet & Greet Consultation
All new clients are required to have a Meet & Greet. This service is complimentary and is the first visit I make to your home to meet you and your pet. This visit usually lasts between 20-45 minutes and should be scheduled at least 3 days prior to service. During this visit, you will be able to show me around your pet's environment and explain their daily schedules. You will also fill out the necessary paperwork covering details such as veterinarian information and emergency contact information. It is also important to have 2 copies of your key available to me, which I will keep in my home office in case of emergency.
In Your Home Vacation Pet Sitting Dog & Cats (30 minutes)
Pet Services Include: Fresh food and water, treats, a neighborhood walk and/or a play session, clean up of yard waste, litter box scoop, brushing, clean up of any indoor pet messes, a picture, text or email of the time we've spent together and as always lots of TLC!
Home Services Include: Minimal plant watering, retrieving newspapers and mail, alternating lights, opening and closing window coverings, trash and/or recycling to curb and back on trash pick up day, and making sure your homes entry points are secured. First visit of the day... $18.00
Second and third visit of the day $15.00/visit
In Your Home Vacation Pet Sitting For Cats (15 - 20 minutes/cats must be visited once every 24 hours)
Your cat will receive as much or as little as attention as he or she desires as I know how cats can be.
Pet Services Include: Fresh food and water, treats, play session, litter box scoop, brushing, clean up of any indoor pet messes, a picture, text or email of the time we've spent together and as always lots of TLC!

Dog Walk Only (25 minutes)
Do you work long hours? Feel guilty leaving your dog home alone all day? I can help!
Pet Services include: Leashed neighborhood walk, playtime, and fresh water.

House Check With No Pets
Take the worry out of your vacation or business trip. I offer house checks for just $17.00 per visit. House Check With No Pets Include: Minimal plant watering, retrieving newspapers and mail daily, alternating lights, opening and closing window coverings, trash/recycling to curb and back on trash pick up day, making sure your homes entry points are secured, need help with something you don't see here? Holiday Rate Season
Add $5.00 per day to the regular rate for Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday - Sunday), and for the Christmas/New Years holiday (December 24 - January 1).
Additional Time/Pet Fee
Ruff Ruff Ruff meow does not charge an Additional Time/Pet fee as long as all the requests can be completed in the scheduled amount of time. This will be determined by me at the Meet & Greet.
Additional Time/Pet Fee...$9.00/per each additional 15 minutes
Mileage/Time Surcharge
$.51 per mile/per visit if I need to travel more than 10 miles round-trip from my starting point in Old SW Reno.
